Felt really comfortable right from the beginning even though I went in not knowing what to expect. I enjoyed the sessions and felt that each one was helping and always left feeling positive. Stu helped me to get where I felt I needed to be mentally and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again should I feel i needed it and would certainly recommend him and counselling in general to anyone who is struggling

I don't know how you do it but the way that you get my son to talk about serious or traumatic experiences and do it in a way that feels just like any other conversation is seriously impressive.

Stu was amazing with my teenage daughter and really helped her overcome a lot of things. She said she always felt at ease and could open up with him. Would definitely recommend Stu to anyone as he really did help my daughter turn a different path.
